Refund Policies

*The full fee for the 10 lesson pack is to be paid in full before the first lesson starts.

*This fee is not refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

*In case of public holidays you will be offered a lesson on a different day so that you get your full number of lessons.

*If you are late to a lesson, you may not be given your full lesson time. However, if Monique is running late then you will be given your full lesson time.

*If you cancel a lesson without giving 24 hours notice you will forfeit that lesson from your lesson pack. You will not be given a make up lesson for this late cancellation. However, if you do give at least 24 hours notice you will be given a make up lesson.

*While a member of Monique's studio, you may not be permitted to have singing lessons with another singing teacher. Exceptions are repetiteurs, choir conductors and musical directors.

*You will notify Monique of any illnesses, ailments, diseases, medication and injuries so that she can best do her job to specifically tailor your lessons to serve you.

*All other students and staff are to be treated with utmost respect. Violence, abuse, racism or homophobia, will not be tolerated and will result in immediate dismissal from the studio.

*Students are to be appropriately dressed and are not to attend lessons drunk or high on drugs as it will not be tolerated and will result in immediate dismissal from the studio.
